How to support renovation in the construction industry's key sectors?
3 white papers to influence decision-makers
Sharing Saint-Gobain's vision with specifiers
The construction industry is facing major challenges today: the energy transition, bringing infrastructure up to standard, and the need to renovate ageing buildings to meet environmental and social requirements. In response to these challenges, the Saint-Gobain Group called on our agency to produce three strategic white papers designed to support specifiers – project owners and contractors – in their renovation projects.
These documents set out to provide an informed vision, concrete solutions and fresh perspectives for the renovation of social housing, schools and healthcare facilities.
The aim was to give decision-makers forward-looking tools that showcase Saint-Gobain's solutions while offering broader reflection on the challenges of renovation.
We handled the creation of all three white papers from end to end, from concept and copywriting through to graphic design and layout. One of the key aspects of the assignment was conducting numerous interviews with opinion leaders in the sectors concerned: academics and researchers, architects, project owners and local authorities in particular.
These many testimonials lent weight and credibility to the Saint-Gobain Group's messages, enriching the brand's proposals with real-world perspectives.
Renovating healthcare facilities:
This white paper addresses the challenges specific to healthcare facilities, particularly energy management and compliance with health and safety standards. It presents tailored solutions for renovating these essential infrastructures, especially with regard to their environmental footprint.
At the heart of the sector's challenges
Throughout the project, we worked hand in hand with Saint-Gobain to ensure the white papers met the expectations of their target audience. Beyond the technical content and proposed solutions, we made sure each white paper served as a genuine forward-looking tool, decoding market trends and regulatory developments.
The aim was to give specifiers a read that is both practical and visionary, helping them anticipate tomorrow's challenges and guiding them through their projects.
Results: high visibility and direct impact
The impact of the initiative was reinforced when the white paper on social housing renovation was personally handed to Olivier Klein, France's Minister Delegate for Cities and Housing, at the 2022 “IMMO Le Congrès Immobilier FNAIM”. The event enabled Saint-Gobain to showcase its expertise and open a direct dialogue with key public decision-makers.
The other white papers were also widely distributed, helping cement Saint-Gobain's position as a key player in the energy renovation of buildings.
Conclusion
A stronger position
Through this collaboration, Saint-Gobain has not only deepened its relationships with its specifiers, but also consolidated its position as a leader in the energy renovation sector.
This assignment demonstrates our ability to support our clients on projects that are both strategic and high-impact, while delivering turnkey communication solutions, from design through to distribution.
